I had a very good experience here, everything was great, the location was amazing really close to the so many food outlets nearby and plentiful restaurant options and the shopping centres. The rooms they offer were modest and family-friendly with fruit as well as a fridge.

The suites at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard are like your own little apartment, complete with a fully-equipped kitchenette and all the appliances you need. It's perfect for families like ours who like to have the option of cooking our own meals and feeling right at home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the LED TV with cable channels in the suite. I didn't really find anything interesting to watch and preferred exploring the city instead.

Additionally, being near 313 shopping center, which is connected to other shopping areas, is a huge plus.

The location was perfect, with the MRT right outside and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The therapeutic pools were a wonderful addition and the exceptional staff were always helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with daily room service. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep and the attentive staff were quick to assist whenever needed. I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites for a week with my 22-month-old twins. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing two baby cots, high chairs, baby toiletries, a baby tub, and baby cutlery without us even asking. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The location was perfect, with 313@somerset and other malls just minutes away. The icing on the cake was the complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom suite.

I stayed here for 7 days and will be back. I really enjoyed this hotel, it was modern and comfortable with free wi-fi. the breakfast for the early risers. the beds were very comfy and overall the room was family-friendly & new-fashioned. All of the staff members were amazingly nice and accommodating. the location was great and unbeatable, right next to the Somerset station, convenient to go everywhere. Orchard district was worth staying in.

Wheelchair accessible room was available here and they even gave us complimentary fruit and coffee, which was a nice touch! 🍎 the thoughtful gesture made our stay even better.
